**Job Summary**:

Global Payments (Beamery) seeks a skilled Operations Support/Research Specialist to enhance the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in business enhancements and manage team releases, coordinating with internal customers on platform operations.
  • Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative and understand the implications of work, making recommendations for solutions.
  • Be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System.
  • Act as a mentor and leader for entry-level roles.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education.
  • Minimum four years of Relevant Experience.
  • Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience.
  • Ability to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.
  • Google Suite experience.
  • Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment.

  • Industry Knowledge - Continued self-education as it relates to current or future roles within the team.
  • Incident Response - Knowledge and skills to contribute to all phases of Incident Response.
