Technical Support Specialist II: Customer Experience Expert

**About the Role:**

This position requires an experienced customer support specialist to provide top-notch assistance to Mindbody customers. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, retaining customers, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Escalated support to corporate and strategic accounts requiring assistance with product-related issues
  • Follow up and resolve customer callbacks and open cases for product support
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to services or software
  • Troubleshoot complex product-related issues and escalate as needed to higher-level support teams
  • Provide quality service to customers meeting our expectations and department guidelines
  • Take a high rate of inbound contacts and engage customers to assist with product-related issue resolutions
  • Follow internal Knowledge Centered Support processes to accurately answer customer questions and maintain knowledge bases

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Mindbody's software products is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle escalated and complex customer issues with confidence, patience, and professionalism
  • Training and certifications: Level 1 Customer Support Certification, or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire

Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
