Sales Manager

At Avi-Spl, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, providing accurate forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to ensure all company products and services are thoroughly presented and the sales cycle is successfully executed.
- Develop strategic business plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet established quota.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Attend and participate in weekly office sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly GP quota and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Design and implement focused prospecting tools, such as webinars and social media campaigns, to increase sales and expand our customer base.
- Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel to drive business growth.
- Monitor non-installed product commissions on a weekly basis to ensure timely completion by the end of the month.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
