About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Beiersdorf México Sa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth with eCom accounts, managing online sales plans and execution, and negotiating terms and conditions with retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-Retailers strategy on a national basis, focusing on marketplaces and customer promotion plans.
  • Manage daily interactions with accounts, administration of trade spend, and solving ad-hoc account issues.
  • Align promotional strategy with communication in customer platforms and purchase digital campaigns.
  • Establish business plans, set customer-oriented goals, and monitor progress.
  • Develop and lead end-to-end teams, encouraging and motivating them to achieve results.
Requirements
  • University degree or comparable.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • High level of analytical skills and procurement strategy experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with digital customers, Amazon, Mercado Libre, or Linio, and marketplaces.
  • Strategic thinking, driving results, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
