Job Description

The Software Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for providing leadership in the testing space, devising strategies and frameworks that align with the company's digital commerce goals while ensuring top-notch software quality. This role involves defining, designing, and implementing automation testing strategies and frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts ensuring broad coverage and repeatability.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality assurance.
  • Regularly review and report on software quality, identifying trends and areas of concern.
Requirements

This position requires a deep understanding of testing tools, frameworks, and best practices. Familiarity with direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms (like Magento and Shopify) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with popular testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc., is required. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects and products in an Agile environment is necessary.

Knowledge of e-commerce programming tools & languages (HTML/CSS/Javascript) is a plus. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
