The IT New Technologies Manager is responsible for end-to-end IT for new technologies and disruptive technologies in the LATAM market. This position determines if suppliers/startups have delivered expected services, quality, and cost, and raises challenges in governance meetings to resolve disputes before escalating to regional/global strategic governance.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding innovation process flow and putting it into practice (from strategic input/fit to industrialization)
- Formulating and implementing innovation strategy for a scope or brief, consistently with business and IT strategies
- Identifying existing gaps between current and desired states and helping instanciate integrated strategy between Functions, Zone, Market, and IT
- Emerging spaces for value delivery, tracking, and vetting emerging technologies, securing ownership or privileged access to future-directing technologies
- Managing sustainable pipe and portfolio of concepts from ideation stage through in-product group taste-testing
- Assisting in generating demand for innovation services, evangelizing within Nestle the proven success of the IT innovation team and benefits for Nestle
- Creating and managing innovation projects with in-scope product groups, EA, and Strategic Product Architects
- Leading integration of consumer research, financial, technology, and business product groups and teams
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
As an IT New Technologies Manager at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa, you will be part of a team that innovates every day using forward-looking technologies. You will work closely with business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services creating tangible business value.
With a strong focus on innovation, you will identify emerging trends and technologies, track their development, and secure ownership or privileged access to those that may direct the company's future. Your role will also involve developing innovative solutions by integrating consumer research, financial, technology, and business product groups and teams.
You will be responsible for forging close relationships between industry, research, and academia to encourage increased technology transfer and open innovation. Additionally, you will establish productive plans for novel ideas within your scope and create new technology opportunities, new directions, and awareness across your area of responsibility.
