Key Responsibilities- Guide clients through each stage of the surrogacy process in Mexico, ensuring they understand every step and are well-informed.
- Assist with hotel bookings, transfers, and necessary preparations to guarantee a seamless arrival in Mexico.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing their questions and offering consultations on legal aspects.
- Ensure timely payments and guarantee a smooth process progression.
- Be available to resolve any concerns and ensure clients feel supported and satisfied at all times.
- Previous experience in customer service or call-center operations.
- Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Location in Mexico City with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Competitive salary, determined during the interview based on your experience and skills.
- Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period under a service provision contract.
