Cornelius Manufacturing De Mexico Sa De Cv is driven to innovate and enhance the eating and drinking experience, nourishing the people and communities we serve. As a payroll administrator for our Marmon Foodservice Technologies (MFT) Food Solutions Businesses, you will play a key role in assuring the systems match and are accurate. The payroll administrator will be responsible for administering, managing, and auditing the payroll function using Workday, Tress, and ADP.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all components of the payroll system, process multi-company, bi-weekly, and weekly payrolls timely and accurately using ADP, Tress, and Workday.

• Ensure the calculation of earnings and deductions are accurate and completed in a timely manner, in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws for our U.S. and Mexico employees.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Process payroll information associated with newly hired employees, terminated employees, wage verification, withholding allowances, pay rate changes, status changes, benefit deductions, payroll garnishments, and direct deposits.

• Respond to payroll inquiries and requests by employees and other internal and external users of payroll data. Research and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues.

• Assist the Payroll Manager in running and submitting weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for employees.

• Review and maintain Tress and ADP databases for employee payroll data. Maintain physical employee payroll files.

• Perform payroll analysis, auditing, and reporting.

• Review, verify, and ensure proper accounting and accuracy for all payroll transactions, benefits, and accruals. Contact and resolve with ADP any discrepancies and related questions.

• Schedule special or off-cycle payrolls.

• Provide ad hoc reporting.

• Perform assorted non-payroll-related tasks, including accounts payable voucher entry, accounts receivable cash application, account reconciliations, and various month-end tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency in ADP, Tress, and Workday software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
