At Factorial we're looking for a new Payroll Integration Consultant to join our Product Services & Partner DACH Teams and help us boost the company to the next level.

Being a crucial part of Product, your team is responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing integrations and ensuring the usage of the platform to its fullest , all while gathering customers' feedback . You will play an integral role in one of the key strategic initiatives for the DACH MARKET, the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our DATEV integrations.

Payroll is a key and core functionality and we want to forge a team of experts, so we can engage and deliver the best and most consultative experience to our current and potential customers.

One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs . This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

The Role

  • Onboard our new DACH customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial and its payroll integrations are fully implemented in their organization.
  • Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
  • Understand our client's problems and needs , we convert problems into solutions and gather their feedback .
  • Share improvement points with other teams within Factorial to help create the best customer journey and unlocking the market.
  • Collaborate with different teams such as Payroll, Strategy & Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Sales .
  • Previous experience working with customers as an Implementation Consultant or Project Manager for solution integrations.
  • Some understanding of the Payroll process in Germany is a must.
  • Previous knowledge of Payroll software such as DATEV is a plus.
  • German expert speaker and professional English.
  • Proactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated, clients have the best experience implementing Factorial and that your gathered knowledge is shared within Factorial.
  • Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates, as well as our integration progress.
  • Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to unexpected situations.
  • Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution.
