**Main Responsibilities:**
As a Credit Account Resolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure settlements. You'll also work on preventive measures to avoid future overdues with high-exposure accounts.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in call center, credit, customer service, or sales
- Excellent consultation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Full-time availability and a strong work ethic
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
