We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Specialist to join our team at Sofvio.
About the Role:
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently servicing current clients once the sales team has onboarded them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate our clients on the details of their policies.
- Effectively communicate the impact of policy changes or additions on an insured's policy.
- Leverage technology to meet our client's evolving needs.
- Work through customer service requests with quality and speed.
- Build rapport to ensure that all clients are receiving the reputable G&G exceptional experience.
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in call center.
Compensation:
USD 5.5/hour + bonuses (up to 5% of base compensation).
Location:
Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Brazil, Panama, Paraguay, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Guyana, El Salvador, and Peru residents).
