Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional CMMS Administrator to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the overall integrity of our Corrigo system and providing support to our account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide support to the account team, addressing system-related questions, issues, and requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key technology stakeholders on the account team and global IT team.
  • Collaborate with the Global CMMS team to deliver a consistent service and maintain a quality database.
  • Communicate effectively with the account team to ensure consistency of data across all CMMS platforms.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets.
  • Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong written, verbal, and people skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
