Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a B2B services environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting for high-volume roles within a large organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
