Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Analyst to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- Process payroll transactions, including salary payments, tax deductions, and benefits administration
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits
- Manage payroll-related documentation and records
- HR Support
- Provide HR-related support to employees, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Assist with employee data management, including personnel files and performance evaluations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax laws and social security requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to payroll and HR operations
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Experience working with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Office skills
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
