  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate the activities and projects of the HR department, including administration, personnel services, training, and recruitment.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to employees to ensure their performance meets company expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and protect the company's assets.
  • Negotiate and manage employee separations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to the business.
  • Lead initiatives related to labor and organizational climate, and analyze HR statistics to inform improvement actions.
  • Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, including the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law.
  • Project management skills.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Full-time position.
  • Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month.
  • 10-hour workday.
  • Bonus: quarterly.
  • Work location: on-site.
