Nissan Motor Iberica SA is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer 1 - Interior to join our team. As a key member of our Cockpit Module Design Engineering team, you will be responsible for studying and developing design changes required by Model Year change, Minor Model Change or Full Model Year changes due to Regulations or Market Requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design Change Development: Understand Cockpit Module structure and develop design changes to meet regulatory and market requirements.
- Issue Closure: Close issues raised during Digital or physical phase, defining root cause and countermeasure.
- Design Note Release: Release design notes for all design changes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accomplishment of Nissan and Government Regulations of parts developed.
- Timing Follow-up: Follow up on new parts developed to secure parts availability for Physical Trials.
- PDT Work: Secure project budget by meeting Piece Cost & Vendor Tooling requirements.
- Cost Reduction Ideas: Study, release, and adopt cost reduction ideas.
- 3MIS / IQS Field Issues: Study and define final countermeasure for 3MIS / IQS field issues.
- Education: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Design Engineering or similar degree.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in similar activities.
- Knowledge: Acknowledgment of methodologies to solve issues, Plastic Injection processes knowledge.
- Language: English (TOEIC 600Pts.).
- Computer Skills: CAD Software (preferred NX, or something similar), Microsoft Office.
- Competences: Project Management skills, Focused on Goals/Targets achievements, Proactive mindset.
