The Organizational Change Management Chief plays a pivotal role in the transformation team, spearheading the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana. This key position is responsible for driving process changes, enhancing abilities, and adapting behaviors to align the organization with the transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Translation Engagement Liaison: Serve as a critical link between the Market and Program teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Change Agent Support: Collaborate with Change Agents and local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to monitor progress, provide program updates, and discuss upcoming activities.
- Program Connectivity: Maintain strong connections with the program team across workstreams to support translation needs, provide feedback, and offer insights into market preferences and lessons learned.
- Training and Development: Coordinate with local SMEs/trainers to plan and facilitate train-the-trainer, end-user training, and assist/oversee material translation.
- Communication and Engagement: Cascade program communications and information in local channels, assist in communication/presentation translations, and partner with local and core program team members to plan and host engagement events.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expert-level English/Spanish bilingualism - fluency, reading, writing, and cultural competence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical/program information.
- Understanding of project management practices.
- Knowledge of Change Management Models.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- SAP experience is desired.
The following skills are highly desirable:
- ADKAR change management model knowledge.
- SAP, SAP S/4Hana.
