The Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Digital Sales team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for soliciting our services, qualifying leads, and explaining the type of service offered to prospective customers. You will also be responsible for quoting prices, encouraging customers to buy, and developing relationships with customers to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit OEC Group's services, including Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, and Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage.
- Call prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain the type of service offered.
- Quote prices and encourage customers to buy.
- Prepare reports on sales activities.
- Develop lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.
- Develop relationships with customers and generate new business.
Requirements
- Advanced English (B2 to C1).
- Industry experience is preferred. CRM Management experience is a plus too.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience and/or training. High school GED or certificate.
