Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative for Rockpoint Legal Funding, you will be the initial point of contact between our company and law offices, presenting our products and services and establishing new long-term business relationships and partnerships. Your tasks will include obtaining case information and processing requests, actively cross-selling products and services to clients, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case information.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have prior sales experience, preferably within the legal or personal injury space. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong multitasking abilities. A high level of emotional intelligence, charisma, and communication skills are also essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as a high-speed internet connection, a reliable computer system, and a working laptop with at least 8GB RAM. We encourage associates to learn and grow, offering opportunities for career advancement and a compensation package of $8.00 - $9.00 USD / Hour DOE, including paid holidays and 5 PTO days per year.
