Job Summary:

The Hired Guns is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team as the front-line lead seller for the Ohio or Michigan territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating and executing ambitious sales plans, nurturing customer relationships, and aggressively hunting for new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with existing customers and acquire new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and manage a pipeline of potential customers to meet challenging sales targets
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to maintain customer and distributor relationships

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of field/outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding production goals
  • Self-motivated and effective working independently or as part of a team
  • Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills, with experience in a two-step distribution structure
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
