Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer engagement and establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize the portfolio of services to be delivered to customers.
  • Coordinate with SAP global teams and specialists to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and value recognition for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or management information systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to handle ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with Portuguese language skills a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in a global team environment.
