Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead our engineering recruiting team and work closely with the Tech Leadership team to set and develop recruiting strategies that meet business goals.
This is an opportunity to lead multiple teams in identifying and delivering outstanding talent across the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and driving a culture of inclusivity and diversity in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet business goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Drive a culture of inclusivity and diversity in the recruitment process
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of recruitment team members
- Collaborate with the Tech Leadership team to develop and implement technical talent acquisition strategies
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in tech recruiting
- Strong background in global recruiting (international locations) demonstrating success in sourcing top talent across different markets
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments at scale
- Ability to deliver results while crafting an environment for others to grow and succeed
- Previous experience leading teams in other markets outside of the US preferred
