The Ixtapan de la Sal Marriott Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will contribute a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise to support the success of our hotel.

Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development. You will also be responsible for managing staffing and recruitment processes, including analyzing open positions and making staffing decisions to balance talent development and business needs.

A successful candidate will have a 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related major with 2 years of experience in HR, management operations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently to develop processes and accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training, development, recognition, and advancement within our global organization.
