Welcome to this exciting opportunity to join International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Director As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people-related strategies that enable our teams to do their best work. You will be responsible for managing complex internal investigations and employee relations matters, creating credibility and trust to contribute to overall business decisions, and leading and supporting change management initiatives across businesses and functions.

You will also spend your time implementing changes in organizational structure, work design, team-based systems, and organizational communications, leading and supporting process improvement efforts for optimal organizational performance, and supporting projects through involvement on HR and/or business lead project teams. Additionally, you will partner with HR colleagues to share best practices to ensure consistency and overall alignment, ensuring timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems, auditing system data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, and sharing insights into data impacting HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement people-related strategies that enable our teams to do their best work
* Manage complex internal investigations and employee relations matters
* Create credibility and trust to contribute to overall business decisions
* Lead and support change management initiatives across businesses and functions
* Implement changes in organizational structure, work design, team-based systems, and organizational communications

* Ensure timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems
* Audit system data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and share insights into data impacting HR analytics

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field, or equivalent combination of educational and work experience
* 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years' broad-based HR generalist experience within a global organization, dealing with stakeholders of multiple locations
* Ability to proactively work with key stakeholders to develop pragmatic, value-added solutions that drive business results
* Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, create insights, and make strategic recommendations that support business objectives
* Demonstrate the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
* Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Workday is strongly preferred but not required.
