Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Dir-Restaurants. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in food and beverage management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all restaurant operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Direct and work with the food and beverage/culinary management team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on restaurant operations and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
