About the Position
The successful candidate will act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert BPA strategic goals into operational objectives, ensuring timely and accurate information gathering.
- Evaluate risks or opportunities, making recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Manage financial analysis and decision-making support for investments/projects, monitoring ongoing business performance.
- Provide operational information and advice for annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and Strategic Planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity from commercial teams, recommending forecast accuracy improvements.
- Improve management reporting processes and implement lean processes to meet changing business demands.
- Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.
Requirements
- A Chartered accountant or Finance degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance Domain.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, interpreting and communicating complex data insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, collaborating with diverse teams and influencing decision-making.
