Role Summary

The HR Associate will be an integral part of our Corporate HR Team within the HR Solutions Center. This dynamic role involves engaging with various HR functions and supporting personnel across the organization. We seek a candidate with HR experience, particularly in addressing inquiries from Mexico and the USA, who is eager to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries regarding fundamental HR practices, processes, and policies for both Mexico and the USA through various communication channels.
  • Provide guidance on basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees, and colleagues, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Handle straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
  • Educate clients in Mexico about available services and promote self-service tools such as Workday and My Connect.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Utilize Workday for processing employee-related transactions and auditing team activities.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR service center, specifically handling inquiries from Mexico and the USA.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation, including correspondence and other written materials.
  • Capability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with office practices and etiquette.
  • Preferred experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, and Workday.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is $17,000 to $20,000. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
