Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Associate II, Solutions- Bilingual to join our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work with various aspects of HR and support multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries on HR practices, processes, and policies for Mexico and USA via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center.
  • Answer HR policy-related questions for managers, employees, and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as necessary.
  • Field general inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers and escalate to senior team members and/or management as needed.
  • Educate clients in Mexico on services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, My Connect, and other systems.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize Workday to process employee-related transactions and audit work performed by other team members.
  • Continuously create and define process improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Desirable minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including correspondences and other written materials.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
  • Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.

Work Arrangement

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$17, $20,000.00 MXN Monthly. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
