Job Overview

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per week, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on performance. A range of benefits, including IMSS, Infonavit, Afore, vacations, aguinaldo, and paid holidays, are also offered to support the well-being and career development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Team Performance Director will be responsible for:
Monitoring individual and team performance metrics to achieve sales goals;
Providing ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with medical regulations;
Ensuring that the team adheres to established processes and delivers accurate and empathetic information to customers;
Collaborating with management to implement strategies that improve sales outcomes and customer satisfaction;
Fostering a positive, results-driven environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement;
Aligning the team's efforts with the organization's objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and outstanding service within the medical sales campaign;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Team Leader experience in a CALL CENTER;
Sales experience;
C.S. Experience;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
