We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at AC Hotel Queretaro Antea. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Job Summary
The Front Desk Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests, while also providing a wide range of services to enhance their stay. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing information about the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Process operational needs, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and managing guest communications
- Address guest requests, such as providing directions, recommending local attractions, and arranging transportation
- Complete reports, including logging guest interactions and tracking room status
- Share information about the local area, including recommendations for dining, entertainment, and shopping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role; hotel experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area, including attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
