We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Auberge Resorts, a luxury resort in Riviera Maya.

Auberge Resorts is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins, personalized service, and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Supervision of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and management of room reservations to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Resolution of guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordination of front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and smooth shift transitions.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks.

What We Offer:
