Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team at Zadun, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. As a key member of our Rooms and Guest Services Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Process various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
- Manage all check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Answer and record guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary.
Benefits
