About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Ambassador will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be responsible for managing room assignments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage room assignments and ensure accuracy of guest information
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including cash handling and secure storage of valuables
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer systems and have basic math skills.
