We are ACSI Call Center, a leading provider of customer service solutions in the Tijuana Area. We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Trainer to join our team.

About the Role:

The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our customer service representatives. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in training and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customer service representatives
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training or development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
