About the Role:The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our customer service representatives. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in training and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customer service representatives
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives
- Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or communications
- At least 2 years of experience in a training or development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and Spanish
We offer a competitive salary of $5,000.00 to $6,000.00 per week, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
