Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Aleph Holding in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end advertising campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance and digital marketing principles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals
  • Drive campaign optimization towards performance growth, retaining and growing ad spend, up-selling
  • Analyze regular performance reports and advanced BI reports to improve campaign results
  • Evaluate and optimize scheduled rules within relevant tools to enhance account performance and optimization
  • Implement rule-based automation to streamline campaign management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of operational experience with Amazon platforms (e.g. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), preferably in media agency
  • English & Spanish speaker is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of performance and digital marketing principles
  • Proven experience of managing multiple performance campaigns and optimizing results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and experience working in a data-led environment
