Human Resources Generalist

At Servicios Comerciales Amazon M, we are looking for a skilled Hr Analyst to join our team. This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
About the RoleThis position involves working with various HR systems, including Payroll Systems and HRIS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in the human resources field, with a focus on labor and employee relations. Additionally, they will have the ability to work with strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management teams
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Analyze data and develop reports to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- 2 years of experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
- 2 years of experience in the human resources field
- Intermediate English skills B1+ (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
- Experience in Human Resources training
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in Labor & Employee Relation matters
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Peoplesoft
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution center environment
