Strategic Human Resources Partner for Manufacturing Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team in Juárez, Nuevo León. This role will play a critical part in driving the success of our manufacturing operation by developing and implementing effective Human Resources processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with associates and union leadership, focusing on retention, development, and succession of the operational workforce. Key responsibilities include advising members on interpersonal relationships, career plans, and corrective actions, as well as implementing recognition and reward programs to promote a positive work environment.

As a key member of our HR team, you will serve as a link between the human resources organization and the workforce, becoming a representative of the company and an employee advocate. You will also participate in the solution of everyday HR related problems in the plant and coordinate or support various activities related to associates.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with associates and drive behaviors consistent with organizational changes. You will also have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing operation.
