We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist, Product Development Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola HBC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from product innovation to commercialization, and to contribute to the development of new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution and Management
    • Lead the execution of projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Product Commercialization
    • Develop and implement commercialization strategies for new products and product reformulations.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective market implementation and launch planning.
  • Technical Diligence and Robustness
    • Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of technical quality and robustness.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Research and Development roles and/or Commercialization roles.
  • Key Skills and Knowledge
    • Technical knowledge and experience in the food/beverage industry.
    • Project Management skills, including experience with Waterfall Project Management.
    • Knowledge of the product development process and the ability to contribute expertise.
