Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team as a State Farm Insurance Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
