Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to lead the development of platform and product experiences in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong business management mindset, with a proven track record of results in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide platform, product, and customer experience leadership to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with businesses to shape business and product requirements into platform requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the overall platform business plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Make informed tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
  • Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintaining a strong focus on Citigroup's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Business management mindset with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to succeed in an open, collaborative peer environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of FIGMA, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with survey tools and digital testing platforms.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
