The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on developing and implementing customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value within the home warranty industry. The ideal candidate will work remotely from Mexico, bringing a deep understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
- Implement and manage retention campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and report on retention metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the budget for retention campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve retention goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on customer retention strategies.
- Experience in the home warranty industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
- Experience in creating compelling marketing content across multiple channels.
