We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Performance and Learning Expert to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business capabilities forward and supporting near-term organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an embedded partner to HR business partners and the organizations they support, leveraging analysis and consultative skills to assess organizational performance and diagnose learning needs.
- Set plans based on analysis and insights at a regional level, using this information to form effective plans based on guidance and support from regional HR and business teams.
- Develop plans into action steps that lead to high individual and organizational performance, acquiring or developing content to meet the needs of the business.
- Partner with HR business partners on change management and leader/team interventions, as needed.
- Provide performance coaching, measurement, feedback, and execution of the PGP process to support individual and team performance.
- 3+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor in HR business partnership or business-embedded organizational performance and learning.
- Professional work experience in a multi-function HR organization to develop and execute plans for employee performance and growth.
- Content development, curation, and adaptation in a corporate setting, with adult learning expertise.
- Ability to convey accurate and appropriate information to multifunctional and multicultural teams to gain support and resources.
- Performance coaching experience for individuals and teams.
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent collaboration, relationship, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Strong computer skills with current or ability to quickly build proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office.
