Strategic Business Development Lead

As the Head of Strategy and Business Development, you'll drive our expansion, revenue growth, and operational excellence initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader who can combine entrepreneurial spirit with multi-vertical consulting expertise.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects to bolster revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities across industries, formulating go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analyses, and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.
- Manage and jumpstart new ventures and expansions until handover to operational teams, with P&L responsibility.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and KPIs.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Master's Degree (MBA preferred), with emphasis on academic excellence (top GPA), Top Business School preferred.
- 5+ years in strategic business development, consulting, startup or related fields (experience in F&B industry a plus).
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative business strategies that drive growth.
- Exceptional leadership capable of making things happen, even through dotted lines of authority.
