Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department's operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position involves managing various HR functions, including employee relations, administration, and compliance/documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Administer HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work in Cuauhtemoc, CDMX (on-site)
