Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key HR indicators, such as absenteeism, accidents, and job demands, to ensure stable workforces and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the correct execution of basic HR processes, including registrations, terminations, transfers, and work risks.
- Guarantee the personnel development agenda and succession planning for key positions in the short, medium, and long term.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as PepsiCo's quality, food safety, industrial safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Labor Relations.
- Intermediate-advanced English language skills (written and conversational fluent).
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and Infonavit.
- Management of unions and labor relations.
