About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Labor Relations Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through effective talent management, labor relations, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key HR indicators, such as absenteeism, accidents, and job demands, to ensure stable workforces and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the correct execution of basic HR processes, including registrations, terminations, transfers, and work risks.
  • Guarantee the personnel development agenda and succession planning for key positions in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as PepsiCo's quality, food safety, industrial safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Labor Relations.
  • Intermediate-advanced English language skills (written and conversational fluent).
  • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and Infonavit.
  • Management of unions and labor relations.
