  • Assist in the analysis and resolution of complex HR-related issues, including associate relations, compliance, and benefits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and projects to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including Mexico's Federal Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR-related issues and develop effective solutions.
