Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR administration, and other related tasks.

Talent Acquisition
  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments.
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
HR Administration
  • Administer presence contract signing for new hires.
  • Maintain physical employees' files.
  • Deliver physical needs when required to the employee, vendors, etc.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll inquiries when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR coordinator and TA Specialist.
  • Located in Monterrey Area.
  • Flexible to move around the city to comply with some tasks.
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
