We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our North America GlobalView Service organization in developing and implementing unified client and associate experiences.

About the Role

This senior-level position is responsible for building methodologies and best practices that guide our teams through their journey to create seamless client experiences. As a change agent, you will empower our organization to break free from traditional constraints and foster a culture of flexibility, transparency, and customer-centricity.

You will be primarily responsible for developing the framework for our North America Service Definition, harmonizing methodologies and best practices across the region, and maintaining a methodology handbook for North America GlobalView Service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives. You will lead internal projects and initiatives focused on improving existing processes and templates as well as new offerings being developed.

To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in methodology, transformation, and/or process documentation, focusing on organizations implementing solutions like Human Resources, Payroll, Time, etc. A college degree is not required but could set you apart. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our service organizations as it relates to services methodology.
  • Methodology Creation and Updates: Develop and maintain methodology handbooks with revisions and new updates.
  • Flex: Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in methodology, transformation, service, and/or implementation focusing on organizations implementing solutions like Human Resources, Payroll, Time, etc.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
