As a Global People Operations Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing global leaders and supporting all Human Resources functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic and operational initiatives that align with our business objectives.

The responsibilities of this role are multifaceted:

  • Policies and Compliance: Partner with local teams to develop HR policies, procedures, and systems that comply with labor laws and regulations across different countries.
  • Compensation Philosophy: Guide compensation philosophy and global compensation band work, ensuring consistency and fairness while accounting for local cultural nuances.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership on key topics like compensation philosophy, headcount placement, market migration, and organizational structure.
  • Workforce Planning: Drive conversations about location placement for roles and guide organizational structure and design to support growth and expansion.
  • Process Management: Partner with the SVP of People to manage processes like Merit, Promotions, and Performance Management Discussions with the business.
  • Employee Experience: Improve the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for employees across markets.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the Director of Global TA in refining the global talent acquisition process and developing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead the global team in designing employee engagement and retention efforts through effective reward and recognition programs.

This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional leadership and people management skills, as well as strong business acumen and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry, with a global focus.
