- Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff, including job performance appraisals and human resources development roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field.
- CFA, CMA, PMP, or similar certifications.
- Industry expertise and knowledge of business transaction and venturing activities.
- Expertise in financial analysis and transaction valuation.
