Lhr Américas is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive the company's growth strategy. As a key member of the Development Department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing a team of professionals to achieve pre-determined objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business development process through deal closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals and milestones for new ventures.
  • Review investor proposals and approve contract payments and variations within authority limits.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deal alignment and progression.
  • Lead business portfolios and manage development of commercial agreements, providing analysis on reviewing legal documents.
  • Manage negotiation strategy development and execution, preparing reviews and presenting to corporate committees and executive briefs.
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff, including job performance appraisals and human resources development roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field.
  • CFA, CMA, PMP, or similar certifications.
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of business transaction and venturing activities.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and transaction valuation.
